組織：

依本會組織條例及相關規定，本會設有綜合計畫處、全民運動處、競技運動處、國際體育處、運動設施處5個業務單位，及秘書室、人事室、會計室、身心障礙國民運動委員會、法規委員會、訴願審議委員會，另政風業務由行政院統籌辦理，並由法規委員會派員協辦。（如附圖）。

Organization

In accordance with its Organizational Statute and other relevant regulations, the National Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, Executive Yuan consists of five operating units (the Department of Planning, Department of Public Sports, Department of Competitive Athletics,Department of International Sports, and Department of Sports Facilities), a Secretariat,Personnel Office, Accounting Office, Sports for the Disabled Committee, Legal Affairs Committee, and Petitions and Appeals Committee. 人力現況

一、編制員額：依本會組織條例規定，本會編制員額為115人至143人（含聘用人員）。

二、預算員額：本會94年度預算員額，職員部分有99人，其中正式職員89人、約聘人員10人；技工、工友部分有工友5人、技工2人、駕駛10人。

三、現有人力配置與素質分析：本會94年有職員96人，各官等分布為特任3人、簡任23人，薦任53人，委任7人，聘用10人；碩士以上畢業49人（占51﹪）、大學畢業36人（占37.5﹪）、專科及專科以下畢業11人（占11.5﹪）；其中男性48人（占50﹪）、女性48人（占50﹪）；平均年齡41.98歲；考試及格80人（占83.3﹪）、依其他法令進用16人（占16.7 %，含聘用10人）。

1. Authorized personnel: The NCPFS Organizational Statute provides for a staff of 115 to 143.

Budgeted number of personnel: The total number of budgeted staff for 2005 was 99, of which 89 were formal employees and 10 were contract workers; there were 5 janitors, 2 technicians, and 10 drivers.

Distribution and background of current staff: In 2005 the NCPFS had a staff of 96, including 3 special appointees, 23 selected appointees, 53 recommended appointees, 7 designated appo-intees, and 10 contract employees.Of the total, 49 (51%) held master's degrees or above, 36 (37.5%) held bachelor's degrees, and 11 (11.5%) held junior college certificates or under; 48 (50%) were male and 48 (50%) were female; their average age was 41.98 years; 80 (83.3%) had passed qualifying examinations, and the remaining 16 (16.7%), including the 10 contract employees, were hired under other provisions. 人事管理與服務

一、本會為政府機關，除約聘10人依聘用人員聘用條例有關規定辦理人事作業外，其餘89名編制內人員均依政府制定之公務人員任用法、考績法、俸給法等有關規定辦理人員之任免、考績、俸給等事宜。

二、為增進同仁工作知能，本會按季辦理學習日活動，並應同仁需要不定期辦理在職進修之相關演講，邀請專家學者蒞會講授專業知識或宣導相關政策。另本年度辦理多次文康活動，例如併同學習日活動舉辦慶生會，增進同仁交誼機會、組隊參加各項運動比賽迭獲佳績、籌辦戶外文康活動增進同仁情誼，均能激勵本會同仁工作士氣，提升工作效率。

Personnel Management and Services

1. As a government agency, the NCPFS has hired its 10 contract employees in accordance with the relevant employment regulations of contract workers; the 89 personnel in its formal organizational chart are hired, dismissed, evaluated, and compensated in civil service hiring laws, performance evaluation laws, and compensation laws.

2. Classes and seminars are held on a regular basis in order to offer employees continued education on work-related topics. Specialists and scholars are invited to lecture on matters concerning professional knowledge and related policies. Numerous other activities are also offered to increase the opportunities for staff to get to know each other. There are also opportunities to attend various sporting events to present awards as well as outings and other activities to promote friendship and morale, which in turn tend to raise employee efficiency.
